Anna Fredericks Art & Photography

Anna Fredericks is an artist and photographer who established her own art business in 2007 and photography studio in 2009.  Her contemporary artwork encompasses mixed media, mosaics and fused glass.  She specializes in landscape and studio photography of fine arts and crafts.  Ms. Fredericks has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Website Design & Photoshop Certificate and has completed numerous art workshops.

Ms. Fredericks has taught art classes in her Long Island studio and in adult and teen programs in the Great Neck and Port Washington, NY school districts.   She has designed and installed large architectural mixed media mosaics.  The artist's multi-dimensional work includes fine art photography, custom mosaic art pieces and powder printing her photographic images onto glass.  Her resume also includes painted murals, ceramics, faux painted furniture and walls, altered art books, collage and custom three dimensional wedding memory photo boxes.

Ms. Fredericks is currently a member of the Long Island Craft Guild, The Art League of Long Island and The Art Guild of Port Washington.  She has participated in numerous juried art and photography exhibitions in the metropolitan area.  In  April 2014, the artist had a Solo Exhibit at the Syosset, NY Public Library.  In 2016, her photograph titled, Kilauea Iki, Volcano Trail, HI was selected to be in the Heckscher Museum's Long Island Biennial Exhibit.  Recently her photograph, Dahlia, Monet's Garden was accepted into The Salmagundi Club Open Photography Exhibit in Manhattan.
